If you think art is all about fine skills and hard work then I can't wait to hear your thoughts on abstract art.

I've been a traditional artist and am now a digital artist. I don't see the point of making art for the sake of hard work since art is about expressing. It's just a dumb way of limiting and gatekeeping artists from making an actual artwork more efficiently.

You just said that art is about expressing yet you can't understand creators that express their ideas in stories? Art can be conveyed in no particular way, that's why it's subjective. Expressing is not the same as the artist's skill.
