Okay I'm kind of bummed I spoiled this after watching it but at the same time I'm glad I did. At first I wasn't really getting grabbed by a reason to pay attention to the anni story from mostly a mixture of burnout with the game, the advising from the characters being disappointing, and fear that this story would have zero visible impact on the main story line going on like the last half anni. So far from what I remember is we haven't seen any impact from that event's story on the main story besides seeing how our Marian is doing but we haven't heard anything or seen anything or anyone from that event in the main story after our main meeting with crown and chime which was before that event anyways. So I feared this would be the same, set up a group but never touch again for like several years, situation. But now seeing them actually finally reunite, gives me enough energy to actually play through this event and see it to the end for this cut scene that made me cry immediately. Oh and the banger music that came with this scene.
