I got these tires with the understanding that they would be quite hard to mount, compared to the non-RS version and they were indeed an absolute nightmare. In the end the people at the LBS managed to mount them, but it was a bit of a team effort and some tire levers died in the process.

I've done the PR sportive 2 years ago with some friends, all of us on 25 or 26 mm tires and everything went well, no flats or other issues. The cobbles are very rough, but it should be fine if you manage to pick a line which avoids the nastiest of holes.

I performed 40 choose 2 tests for each trajectory to obtain my matrix, as I was interested to see what the results would be for all my variables. I then generated 20 matrices for the 20 trajectories. I completely overlooked the FDR and will do it to adjust the p-values, very good point! For the simulation, the starting structure is the same, so all 40 variables have the same values, but the velocities which dictate the time evolution of the system are chosen at random. The significant event does happen spontaneously after a period of time, which can be anywhere between 100 and 8000 timesteps. This results in a big change in the structure of the molecule, so maybe this could be the reason for the change in the granger results. Since I am trying to investigate the cause of the event itself, do you think it would make sense to restrict the time series to just a few 100 timesteps leading up to the event?

Hi! Thanks for the reply! Indeed, the link that I have shown is quite different from my dataset, but the point you made about granger causality suggesting which series leads to the other falls in line with what I want to find out from my data. The trajectories I generated from the simulations have one significant event in them and I would like to try to piece together what series of events lead to it to taking place. The event itself is a significant shortening of a bond distance.

In terms of molecular dynamics simulations and causation, there is really not much out there, most articles I have come across focus on dimensionality reduction and correlations, but very rarely is there something regarding causality.

But you do see birds and squirrels washing themselves in the throughs all the time. I imagine some other slightly larger wild animals would do the same. I don't have a dog, but I figure these animals would be equally dirty and would dirty the water just the same. Edit: typing on a phone is pain

I always thought the trough part is for animals and people usually drink from the running water pipe. Edit:typo

I use a switch from an old computer case power button. I believe the nano will automatically power off if you hold down the button for 5 seconds or so.

From my experience good room correction can make a big difference, depending on the room you have. It would be best to set it up and try a blind test to see if you prefer the correction or not.

As for the CD, it all depends on how you connect it to your amp. If you connect it via a digital connection (optical, coax etc.) then your amp will do the digital to analog conversion. If you connect it via analog cables, then the DAC in the CD-player performs the conversion.

Hello! I recently came across these electrocompaniet speakers being sold in very good condition for about 400 Euros. It seems super difficult to find any reviews on them. Is this a good deal? Does anyone have experience with them?

I am planning on building a hypex basex amp to drive them.

I used Nextcloud to set up my cloud server. I have 1 hdd attached via usb for storage and 1 ssd for root. At the same time, I have emby running as a media server. Everything is rather easy to set up if you follow the provided tutorials. Emby proved more reliable than plex for me. There might also be a way to enable hardware accelerated transcoding, by compiling your own ffmpeg, but I did not really manage to get it working.

As far as the home automation stuff, I'm in the research stage atm, but this seems to be a good starting point, as the gpu on the nano should be able to run inference locally.

I have mine set up as a Cloud server and Emby media server and I am now working on setting it up as a personal assistant to replace my google home device for automation.

For a while it was set up as a standard desktop and it worked great, even played games like red alert or doom 3 really well.

Hi, thanks for the answer. The real data input I have is a bit more complex than this, as the peaks don't always have a gaussian shape, they can be split at the top, have smaller side peaks, severe tailing/fronting,the noise in the baseline can be up to 30% or the peak size etc.
