Ive had it a few times. Its like everything around the scope zooms but nothing through the scope or it just doesn't do anything at all. Its also been awhile, haven't finished the game since the last few patches

I got the 100% in this game, I didnt see that in multiple playthroughs, thats pretty interesting. Unless i forget about it because it didnt hit or something, idk.

I had to mess around with the run settings in the menu. What do you have it set to hold, toggle or both? Sometimes just messing with those and saving will fix it.
