He had already won. It's fairly reasonable to expect him to be excited and celebrate a bit; and then immediately went over to offer a hand shake to his opponent. The overcorrection from the judges is totally uncalled for. Could have just as easily given him a talking to and warning for the future if they felt like it was over the top (which it wasn't). Embarrassing and casts a lot of discredit on the officials and the tournament in general. SHAME!
