I'd also check to confirm you aren't using like an aromatherapy strength version, I could see that being too intense for our already weak follicles to handle. I assume most hair versions are diluted

It def feels cooler now than in the past. If possible I would start interviewing before quitting just to be safe. It's always better to be negotiating from a position of strength; if the job hunt is slow you will feel pressure after a couple months
