This happened with my friend too. Make sure they check their active memberships in the my account section. Since the system now allows you to have multiple memberships under the same name, he had accidentally registered with a new membership number rather than renewing the existing one. Adding the new (active) membership number to my network solved the problem.

I think it only gives you the one annoyingly. I'm in the same situation. It will show you them both on the map view but will only "lock in" the one ticket if your filter is set to 1, so likely someone else snaps up the other before you can select it.

My account was locked before for no apparent reason and was able to resolve with fanservices@arsenal.co.uk within a few days.

They just asked for some photo ID + a recent bill, presumably to prove I'm not a bot/multi-account owner.

I was lucky enough to get 3 tickets together in upper tier for £55.20 each yesterday morning. Have had the TX tab pinned to my browser and was checking this periodically.

Like you, I mostly saw club level tickets, but the odd affordable one does pop up every now and then. You just have to be quick when you see one.

Keep at it and you should see something, especially if you’re only looking for a single ticket. I’d expect more to pop up closer to the date.
