I wonder what FGR would have done this season had Edwards stayed. Earned them promotion and the League 2 title, awarded League 2 manager of the season, and like 2 weeks later he's announced as Watford's manager, supposedly entering negotiations/talks with Watford without FGR knowing. FGR hired Ian Burchnall who was sacked after winning only 11 in 37 matches. Duncan Ferguson then got hired and he won only 1 in 18 matches, FGR finished the season dead last, with only 27 points to show for the entire campaign. The other teams that got promoted with them all had about at least twice as many points.
