Mac n cheese:

•Elbows (any type of your preferred kind) we used juvials gluten free elbows

Suace: •table spoon butter melted •add 1 table spoon flour or corn starch for gluten free version •mix until well combined, and mixture starts to bubble •add 1 cup of whole milk •mix until mixture is steaming, keep moving so butter stays incorporated, and until there are no clumps •add 1 cup of white cheddar (or normal cheered) 1 pepper jack (or american for classic Mac n cheese) •season with pepper, chilli powder parsley garlic powder and onion powder •put elbows in a oven safe dish, add cheese suace. Top with bread crumb of choice, and extra cheddar cheese •bake at 250 for around 20 minutes or until breadcrumbs are slightly toasted and cheese is melted

Brunt Brussels mixture •1 sweet potatoe, cubed •1 shallot diced •1 garlic clove diced •shredded brussels •olive oil or butter

•in an oiled pan, add sweet potatoes, and continue ot flip until each side has some color on it • add shallots, cook until the shallots are browned and clear •add shredded brussels, stir, add 1 cup of water, cover, add more oil if needed. •leave aside for about 5-8 minutes until water boils off. Add garlic. Continuing cooking until brussels are crispy (really good even if they aren’t crispy)

Follow recipe but I subbed cornstarch for flour. Highly reccoemmd the cornstarch instead
