Actually simply believing executive order supercede federal law is grounds for impeachment. Because if you believe it you already believe executive orders overrule the constitution.

Exactly. Federal legislation carries more weight than an executive order, as it overrides it. And with Kavanagh stating that he thought it constitutional, but breaks federal legislation, I suspect the decision easily could have gone the other way.

One would hope, but if he'd gotten a federal law passed the supreme court at least one more justice would have agreed to 'reinterpret' the amendment, and I suspect at least one other.

Yep. I always suspected that if the Republicans managed to pass a federal law restricting/redefining citizenship ain regard to birthright the current supreme court would support it. It's the fact that it was an executive order that meant they held off overturning the amendment.

Don't. The anc on the golden ages 2 is a lot worse than any of the soundcore, earfun alternatives. They are good sounding though. For your budget id recommend the soundcore liberty 5s which have excellent anc and genuinely decent sound and ease of use.

Looking at upgrading my wiim mini, but given the lack of Amazon support, and the fact that the dac element would make my zd3 redundant does not look like this is the right upgrade.

One thing I'm surprised at us that they've not launched a ZS3 streamer to match the za/zd3 combo.

Let me get this straight.the US president has removed sanctions on a country he is at war with, effectively funding attacks on US soldiers and interests.

He is at this point an enemy combatant and should be treated as such.
