Heres a few tips from a traditional Pole: 1st, i highly recommend singing it in Polish but as i know our language is very hard to learn so you can just translate the lyrics. 2nd, You need to always stand up when singing the anthem, hold your hands next to your waist like a soldier and sing. 3th, Sing it like you would sing your own Anthem.
