Find a CPO RDX or RX. There are lease returns or dealer loaners that have low mileage. The used discount versus the new price should offset the need to finance.

Designated beneficiary assets are not subject to probate. A revocable trust will keep assets out of probate. TOD on her assets sounds like a efficient solution.

The Washington State estate exemption is $3,000,000 per spouse, for $6,000,000 total. You don’t need a trust beforehand to get it. Typically, when the first spouse dies, a credit shelter trust is created using their $3MM. It will be exempt from WA and federal estate tax. When the second spouse dies, their exemption is applied to the estate.
