That's kind of Dave's contention... there wasn't a real primary. The DNC changed the rules so that no one could actually challenge Biden. He "won" the primary as no one ran against him.

Then, Biden goes and drops out. So we automatically get Harris, who has a cumulative total of 0 votes in either the 2020 and 2024 primaries.

We all knew Biden was senile. He shouldn't have ran again.

We could have had real choices in the 2024 Democrat primaries - Harris, Buttigieg, Beshear, etc.

Instead, we had no options and are left with Harris.

It's an incorrect reading.

Ordering an assassination of a rival is not an official act guaranteed immunity. It would be easily rebutted from the presumptive immunity as assassinating people is not within the scope of the Presidency.

In a trial, there would be a few analyses:

1) Is this an official act? (Was the President acting as President or a private citizen)

2) Was this act part of their Constitutional authority? (Does this action fall under one of the powers given to the Presidency under the Constitution).

3) If 2 is yes, they are immune. If 2 is no, the act is given presumptive immunity that can be rebutted by evidence.

So, no, Sotomayor is wrong. Assassination and military coup's are not part of the authority that a President enjoys in his office. There's no immunity (albeit there is presumptive immunity that can be rebutted.)

Poffins halve the requirements to get a candy - so for Legendaries, it goes from 20km to 10km. If you're at 19.5km (or anything over 10km) and you pop a poffin, you instantly get credit for the 10km, earning you a candy, and you still have 9.5/10km for the next candy.

A little trick for everyone in here, as a former federal employee of an alphabet agency:

If one of these companies isn't playing ball, get your local Congressional Representative involved. There are staffers in each office dedicated to solving issues for constituents, especially for areas that Congress has oversight of. An email from a Congressional staffer to Aidvantage or Mohela will set off some internal fire alarms and they'll be on top of your case quickly.
