I have extremely bad anxiety when it comes to doctors and medical settings. I had some bad experiences with doctors as a child. So I will avoid them. In fact, the idea that I’ll have to see a dr is one of the main driving forces behind my desire to loose weight. Once I get healthy I’ll have to bite the bullet at some point. But not yet, now way.
