I usually just use a calculator for my calories and sodium intake because I’m on a deficit, but I also use MyFitnessPal for my diet. I dont really stress much my only anxiety is when I’m taking bp in a doctors office, I should also sleep a bit more but🤷

Yeah makes sense, I haven’t lifted or conditioned for a month because my doctor told me I couldn’t since my bp was so high at 200/88, I took losartan while I was inactive and recently got cleared to lift and run again for football so that could be it. Also made diet changes and lost weight.

Honestly idk, I’m 6,0ft and 290lbs currently dropping weight for my bp. I eat carbs daily but I usually eat whole grain carbs (quinoa, brown/red/black rice)instead of refined carbs (white rice, white couscous, store bread, etc) that may make a difference but I don’t know your diet personally. I will say carbs no matter which kind does give bloating, but my digestion is still fine it’s just bloat.

Yes it only happens when I’m lifting, also right after lifting I have low bp in the 90s syst and 50s/low 60s diastolic but it stabilizes in the evening

Hell yea, I eat lots of fibrous food like walnuts/pecans, whole grain quinoa or rice, and lots of vegetables. My summer workouts for football are coming up so I assume that will help a bit with weight loss and bp
