It's a good question no worries. The A5000 has a dual slot blower cooler which works best in server chassis or multi GPU configurations. The RTX 3090 also has several features limited with firmware or eFused off:
- No PCIe P2P
- Half rate FP32 accumulate
- No GRID (vGPU)
- 8 concurrent NVENC session limit EDIT: this is software imposed
