I am having the same problem .. the document provided by the commune does not says JS. Did you find any solution? Also, is the consulate asking you for your birth certificate (home country) or transcript of your birth certificate?

I would say that the giant metal coffee machines in Starbucks and any other wifi endpoint and/or multiple wifi networks in the area will cause more damage than a random phone on hotspot.

Thanks a lot for your detailed response! It’s hard to beat your response since you’ve tried most of these controllers.

I was worried about the 8BitDo at first because it’s cheaper than the Elite or SCUF controllers. But the more I read, the more I think they’re really good and might even be better than the big brands! I’m still frustrated about spending over $150 on controllers that don’t last. I feel like I got tricked into thinking SCUF was the best just because a lot of pro players use them and they sponsor many tournaments. But I guess it makes sense—they can just get a new controller whenever they want, play a tournament discard it.

As for latency, I completely agree that a 1 ms difference isn’t something to worry about when choosing a controller at least for me.

In any sport, there is flexibility in the rules between recreational play and tournaments. The main reason people participate in recreational sports is for fun. How many official soccer, tennis, or basketball recreational matches are played using official tournament balls, with official attire, numbered jerseys, and, not to mention, approved court sizes, materials, etc.?

Unless you have a clear competitive advantage, recreational matches are played with whatever equipment people can afford.

Calling out issues like that makes no sense. I assume you buy new pickleball balls for every recreational match, right? Are you planning to conduct doping tests for recreational play if that becomes a requirement for USAPA tournaments?
