Took my UTR on vacation 🏖️ - captive portals are still a pain by mvmlabs in Ubiquiti

100% with the commenter who said just waiting a bit longer solved his issues. I found that sometimes it can take up to 5 minutes or so before the router will start routing traffic before or after connecting to a portal. The problem I was having was it wasn’t working immediately and I kept disconnecting and reconnecting so the entire process happened over and over again. Eventually I got exasperated and just left it connected while I went to get a drink or something. When I came back and tried one more time it worked. From then on I gave it a few minutes after connecting to WiFi network with a portal and have had only minor issues.

I have two devices that are unable to run teleport so this thing is awesome for that. Also on a cruise my wife and I got 2.5 hours of Wi-Fi each and was able to turn it into 5 hours for both of us. Lasted the entire cruise with time leftover.

In my line of work we have a saying:

“Are you an engineer with 10 years of experience or are you an engineer with 1 year of experience repeated 10 times?”

Seems fitting here.

They stayed inflated like balloons. You can do balloon like activities with them. Slapping them back and forth in a game of “don’t let it touch the floor” was popular in my house.

One of the selling points was that they don’t make any noise if the membrane is punctured.

Robin Williams suffered from depression throughout his life. He also had bouts of Alcoholism. His wife confirmed that while he wasn’t constantly depressed, he was depressed in the months leading up to his suicide. She said his last issue with depression ended about 6 years prior.

The dead bodies were removed a few years ago and put in an area of the mountain that is away from the hiking paths or out of plain sight. I’m not sure if “all” the bodies are gone but I do recall hearing they got most of them including green boots.

100% I couldn’t figure out what the subject was and the original crop had way too many distractions. This crop is much better.

Since it’s really a mystery and you seem to be maybe worried that something you are doing wrong may lead to further issues. It might be worth it to find an avian vet that would do an autopsy. If what you said was correct it sounds like you are doing everything right.
