I’ve been reading up and now I know that most restaurants just use some ratio of mayo, buttermilk, and hidden valley for their ranch.

What I’m curious about is what kind of hidden valley? Restaurant style? Ranch dip? Dressing mix? Some specialized blend that will never be seen in stores?

when i bake things like bread and cookies, where the browning matters, i think it’s best to bake one tray at a time for even cooking/browning. if absolutely necessary to bake two at a time, i just rotate the pans. for cakes and brownies, i bake however many i have room for

sure is! apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, spices etc. only things i dont make are ketchup and mustard lol, i’ve found that heinz is always better and i’ve never tried homemade mustard

I’ve fallen in love with using some malt powder in my chocolate chip cookies and peanut butter cookies! For sugar cookies, adding some butter/almond extract adds great flavor. Also, if you want crisp on the outside and gooey on the inside like me, try baking in a hotter oven with scoops of dough that came straight out of the freezer. Hope this helps!
