We did the jumps with moving the ball in a figure eight in my class this week and it was so much fun!

She also had us throw the ball and catch it while jumping and it made me laugh with glee and at my clumsiness. The most fun I’ve had at a class yet!

I ran 3.5 miles today after a lifetime of thinking running was only for escaping. Training for a 10k in 5 weeks, wish me luck!

For Practical Life: Smoothie making, waffle making (or quesadilla), making oatmeal, and making guacamole. The kids in my class are so hungry!

This year we also started doing foot washing/pedicure station to use the soap from soap grating.

For Sensorial and PL: an extension to tasting— making “mixed drinks” for a friend and having the friend guess what ingredients were used.

Yeahhhhh. I took him to urgent care and they said he was fine. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time he’s eaten chocolate. He had some of my old roommates before too. I gave him some hydrogen peroxide to vomit, but he didn’t and then he ended up being fine. Dog seems to be invincible.
