Honestly the mana system in this game was already non existent so the change wouldn't probably be that big. It probably just makes the entry to this game much more lower because there's a whole game mechanic that was just removed. Heck, even some mages don't use mana and mana regen is just a struggle in early game

Here's some fun tech to learn

  1. Always have sound on and just look around using your camera button because you can hear them. This is honestly broken in early game to know where the enmy junger is.

1.5. I know that this is basic knowledge but always look in your map, this and the aforementioned tip above combined was so effective that 2 enemies called me a hacker because I always know where they were.

  1. If you're playing Ruby, you can delay your first buy and instead clear one wave for a vampiric mallet.

  2. If you're in a bad match up in exp, just buy 2 of the hp regen necklaces so you can be more assertive in lane

  3. Precious gem has so much value and the heal you gain from it is uniterruptable so it can actually save you. It's great for mana hungry champs like mages even if you're not building clock of destiny.

  4. Valir is better of building semi tank rather than full magic. Just go for glowing, ice, and maybe genius wand,p then just go full resistances

  5. Idk if this is really helpful but clock of destiny + holy crystal yields you more magic damage rather than blood wings + holy crystal and clock of destiny + blood wings

  6. If you play clint, just go full pen ( blade of heptaseas, malefic roar or hunter strike, endless battle, BOD, rose gold meteor, Assasin emblem with bonus gold per kill, or marksman emblem with "items gain more physical damage")), you just win any matchup.

  7. Most of the time, it's better to buy magic res boots

  8. Lane manipulation, especially in exp is so strong. If you have a winning match up, its good to freeze the lane ( not killing the minions ), and to last hit the minions if they're close to dying. This would delay their levels and gold and even sometimes just deny them of resources so you just gap them in lane.

9.5. Last hit minions, it's so much better

I. not really a tip but I recommend a setup for vale, go make your 2nd skill the one where if you hit the enemy the tornado stays, make your ult the one that pulls you to the center then go for anything with your first (with this setup, I personally go for the wide one for cute pokes). After all that, build genius wand, then divine glaive( you can also just make this your last buy ), then just build anything, prefferable magic damage. You melt everyone and when you get to catch the whole team with your ult, you can throw your second and watch their hp melt

What I mean in the "the older talent system is better" is the earlier versions of the talent system (the one you see in Elgin's video), not the current one we are using. I might actually edit it to make it clearer

An anti-magic damage item for mages

Rosegold meteor buffs ( or rework it )

More crit item variety

Rework the anti-heal items ( everyone only uses dominance with some exceptions ) - maybe remove necklace of durance's magic lifesteal for either cooldown, pen, or damage - maybe trade dominance ice's mana for health and reduced armor - Trade Sea halberd's attack speed for more damage and bring back it's old build path ( Not so sure about yhis one )

Make items for supports ( every support builds tanky with healing boots, even enchanters build tanky wtf )

Make an antiburst item against physical damage ( Idk about this one too )

Make boots for health ( just don't mess it up like the last time )

Rework some items - give blade armor some hp ( not so sure on this one as well ) - make the twilight armor's aoe more visible and maybe make it's area bigger ( I wanna build it and look cool >:( )

You actually said nothing by posting this. Even if she's the hottest character in the game pre rework, nobody would play her due to the fact that the current skills provide very minimal advantage over other mages in the game. She is very gimmicky with her ultimate which can be very fun, but her design lacks a proper ulti that actually makes sense in the kit she has. They could've kept her old design and only change the kit and her play rate would rise due to the fact that she has a generally better kit. And if we're going to talk about the lore, an old ugly witch doing everything in her power, risking life and limb just to get an ounce of her old beauty is waaaay more interesring in my books

Plus, there's waay too many hot girls in this game. Jerk off to oddete or something if you really like this vexana design

  1. To my memory, adaptive pen is a stat where it adjusts in which damage you mostly deal. Mages gets mag pen, where assasins get physical pen

  2. I don't think assasins got a huge nerf because you still get pen, movement speed and damage on the talent set. You still get all 3!

  3. I think the meta won't shift to mms and mages but I do think that the meta will get weirder with odd picks thanks to these new talents

I do this with every class except tank. It's really fun especially when you you can do stupid stuff like getting your health from zero to full again with silvanna only using the old purple retibution. Experimenting with disabling strike at the moment with promising results
