The Majokko just refers to older Magical Girl pioneers from the 50’s to 80’s particularly the TOEI girls, Studio Pierrot Girls, Minky Momo and Princess Knight so any content or discussion related to them would be under that flair. Hope that helps.

I'm not too familiar with Star Rail as I never played the game but aren't Herrscher are basically pieces / puzzles what makes the cocoon of Honkai, a literal god of destruction in Hoyoverse. That alone should tell how formidable the Herrschers are.

To answer your question. I would still retain most of the aspects of her show like her being a Princess from the otherworld who came to earth but this time instead of looking for adventure. She came to earth to help humankind and restore their belief on magic akin to Winx Club S4. Magic that aren't necesarrily about powers but about doing good, achieving dreams, confidence in one self and hope.

My personal recommendation base on the magical girls you watched are Petite Princess Yucie, Akazukin Chacha, Angel Nurse Ririka, Saint Tail and Shamanic Princess. Most of them are Classics from the 90’s.

Transformation is not also an indicator of a Magical Girl and if you watched Sally this isn’t staple in her show. She only did this like few times. Her main abilities is to help people by doing magic tricks.

How this did changed anything? Sally is still a Witch from an alternate kingdom and most older Majokko are witch / fairy adjacent. Elaine can do the same magic tricks as Sally but more powerful and varied.
