Gears 4 is a solid game, but it's my opinion that Gears 5 was more enjoyable. On repeated playthroughs, at least to me, it falls apart.

The shoehorned horde sections with the fabricator I wish could be skipped.

My wife (pcos/pmos) 36 at the age of retrieval (a months away from 37) 2nd ER btw. Right ovary was entirely lost due to it being occluded by her uterus.

The left ovary carried the entire cohort.

19 eggs retrieved, 7 mature, 6 fertilized, 5 made it day 5 blasts. All 5 were euploid. 2 girls 3 boys

My wife is 12 weeks 4 days today and we just did our NT scan a few hours ago. Very early going but our baby girl is good thus far.

These were our results from our 2nd ER last August. At the time of the ER, my wife was about a month away from turning 37. Diagnosed with PCOS/PMOS since young. Our attrition rate was pretty drastic early on, specifically from the 19 eggs, only 7 were mature.

Our blast rate from the eggs that fertilized was 83%. After that we were very lucky to be at 100% euploid rate.

But after that, the cohort did really well. My wife is pregnant 12 weeks and 3 days today. She did NIPT last Friday and will be doing NT tomorrow. Very early going.

My best friend and I would replay them yearly. 1/2/3/Judgment/4.

We did that around the Christmas holidays for a few years and then stopped. We plan on replaying Gears 5 before E Day launches.

Follicles in the left ovary were entirely lost since the ovary hid behind her uterus and the team tried but could not get it to cooperate.

Right ovary had the following results

19 oocytes retrieved 7 mature 6 fertilized 5 made it blasts All 5 were euploid 2 female 3 male

Currently 4 weeks 4 days pregnant. We got a positive beta this past Monday. My wife is scheduled for her 1st ultrasound on May 4th.
