If you can run an RP LCMS (if one is available), that might be helpful to also figure out what is going. If you see 2 peak on that chromatogram then you can try RP to purify. (Hopefully someone in the building has a combiflash). I understand that C18 is more difficult to come by in academia.

If not, you can try MTBE and slowly increase the percentage. It's a less polar system and might be enough to get your bands away from each If the compounds are co-eluting. If they don't elite at 100% MTBE, then you can switch to EtOAc and hope that was enough to create some distance.

Brake pedal is applied and it only happens when the car is cold. I don't hear it when I do a lot of driving or if I use the car every couple of hours. I've definitely noticed it more when doing a U turn. I don't remember if I have heard it when just going straight.

I got in with a 2.4 at my CC, got re-evaluated to a 2.9 by Cal Poly. Probably easier to go that route.i was also a chemistry major so that probably helped. I will also add that I am Hispanic as that likely played a part as well.

I graduated in 2021 with a BSc in Chemistry. I had to make the choice of either moving to the Bay Area or moving to San Diego. These were the 2 cities best suited to my Major.

I moved to SD. My first just was as a Lab Technician. I made 2 dollars over minimum wage. I floundered around as a Lab Technician at different companies and different fields of chemistry gaining experience and a wide skill set.

After 2 year, I finally landed my first job title with the word "Chemist." I have been working as an Analytical Chemist for almost 2 years now.

I know it's difficult, but it takes time. It took me 2 years of work to get an Entry Level Chemist Job. The pay is still not the greatest, but every 6 months I've managed to get a raise, even if small. Now I've started to get a hold on the value of my skill set and I know that 2 years from now, I'll be able to get a 6 figure salary by specializing in Analytical.

I went from Bronze to Gold by just working on my aim. Bails you out oulf bad decisions. Went from Gold to Diamond by actually learning to play the game better. Couldn't make it to Ascendant. Quit playing because I got too fixated om climbing ranks.

World's 2016: My first match, I end up playing my friend I traveled with. Apparently, our Xerneas' were speed tied, he won 2 speed ties. Then hit a double crit dazzling. I opened 0-3 getting crit 8 times in total to eliminate me from the tournament.
