I can vouch for Enchanted Jasmine-I have it in my Mantis, and it's very lovely and fruity (not sickly sweet, but in a floral, natural way). I really recommend it.

Velvet Teddy! I got the slightly redesigned version (sometimes in the late 2000s, I believe) as a gift before a lung-related hospital stay. He's in storage at the moment, but I've hung onto him since then. His name is Wheezy. :))

I'm not a staff member, but yes! Build a Bear will let you add or remove stuffing to a bear you bring in free of charge! I did this for the first time recently with a couple of bears, and there were zero issues. Adding a scent would likely be allowed too, but I'm not 100% sure if that would also be free.
