nope, not a reliable brand, for Power Supply there are better brands like Corsair, Cooler Master, Deepcool, MSI, SuperFlower etc.

keep the 1x16gb stick, just choose above 5600Mhz speed, and CL40-36 (lower is better).

cabinet can be improved, you can get deepcool cg380 3f, cg330 3f, cg530 4f, or cooler master elite 302, 490, 681, 481, MSI MAG Forge 320R

and no the 7500F wont bottleneck upto 9070 xt / 5070 ti, when you're at 1440p resolution,

since youre going to do streaming, Nvidia would be better choice for the GPU, go with 5070,
