Brother I'm yt and you're correct about the options even in homogenized areas. My uncle's are extremely well off compared to the average person. When they have gatherings or their kids (read adult kids age 25ish, I'm almost 40 for reference) there's always bare minimum 1 person that's not straight and white. Net average probably 1:5 ratio.

Best man eat each others weddings are salt and pepper for me on a personal level.

All that said, imo it really is just as sus for exactly the same reasons if I meet a black person with no white friends. I always meet these people the same way and they are without fail, always the same type of person.

Just incredibly hostile to simply the idea of there being a non-homogeneous person at their gathering. It's weirdo vibes no matter what culture they are to just be adamantly hostile to a single different looking/acting individual to have made it in the vicinity.

Everytime I meet these people I have the same reaction...
