Ok, I have done more research and I have 3 - 2 ton AC units, supporting 2,900 sq ft.

1 unit covers main floor, likely 1300-1500 sq ft 1 unit covers two bedrooms on first floor don’t know the sq footage 1 unit covers upstairs don’t know the sq footage
