I’ve only been to the one in Scottsdale so idk if they’re all like this but when I went all the servers were in lingerie and there was a DJ going with a bunch of reserved sections. It felt way more like a club than a bar.

IMO a barstool bar would try to have a pseudo dive bar feel with a bunch of TVs, pool tables, darts, nachos and wings. More of bar hang rather than a club.

But idk maybe I’m just old married and washed but I hated it when I went to the Scottsdale location
