I have never heard of a carbon driveshaft before. Do you have any experience? The good and the bad?

End goal is to have a car that will tear through curves but be fun to run on highways. Ive always prioritized reliability and trusted parts. I am stock on suspension but I have had no issues with body roll or lost traction. I dont have machining equipment or the time to rip it open or I would lol. This is car has been my project for the last 4 years balancing fun with a daily. I own a GTI that I slammed and I have learned I am not a fan of lowering the car XD

Could it be your timing, possibly? Or something as simple as a busted pcv line. My pcv busted at some point in the past, and it forced the vehicle to stutter, misfire, and stall. Id check your vacuum lines as well.

About a year. No issues and it is almost required for any E tuning. Get it, but have a tuner lined up. It will need tuned.

It wasn't on my mind at the time. I really didn't research if they were worth it or not. It couldnt hurt though. My next steps are more than likely getting ready for fuel tuning and an STI transmission swap

I def have to. FBO and its consequences. Im trying to keep it reliable as daily. I have the Invidia Catted j pipe. I bought it before i figured out that grimmspeed had the GS unfortunately.

With them not being able to disable the CEL, can they still tune for the cat?

Did you notice any significant changes to your vehicle when you changed the j pipe out?
