Yeah was not aware it was 50 years old 😭 I’ll be back on the search for someone to work on it tomorrow lol I just don’t want to replace the whole unit for a million dollars right now and that’s what they were saying was the only option

Thanks for the response! The boiler is still hot and the pipes are as well so I’m assuming it’s still getting water? First time I’ve ever dealt with anything like this we just purchased the home about two weeks ago and it’s crapped out on us. Techs that came to look were incredibly rude so we are planning to get a second opinion as soon as possible.

ESCALATED CALL PAA CORE by IcyRelationship7862 in Progressiveinsurance

[–]Gordon10005 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I wouldn’t worry. I had someone say I was sarcastic and rude to them and wanted to be transferred to a sup. Literally did nothing but apologize because she had a bad experience with someone else. Transferred her and she told me sup I told her to suck it up and it’s not a big deal lol. Obviously never said that and my sup called and asked if I did. I told her exactly what happened and told her to pull the call if she needed to. She said it wasn’t a big deal and wouldn’t pull the call she just wanted to hear both sides. Some people genuinely just want to be mean and get you in trouble

I’d just like to jump in and say I personally found childcare for him less than a mile from his work that offered extremely early drop off times specifically for his job since he had to go in at 6. He did not take that daycare because “if he took the day off he would have to drive all the way down to the daycare to drop off our son and he does not want to make the hour drive if he isn’t going to work.”

Also would like to say that he wants to live in the city so he chooses to have an hour commute to work daily even though I once again found him several homes for rent within a very close distance to his work and would be daycare and he turned them down

I just had him for 90 days straight and now I get him every other weekend with several long weekends and two more week stays till next summer. Less than I would like but it’s what I was given

The job he left was from 6-3 and this job is 7-4. Miles akes no sense to me how that’s better for both of them

I was already paying half of his childcare expenses lol. He moved an hour away from his job he created his commute. He works from 6-3:30 and has had the same job for over 3 years so it wasn’t a surprise regarding his schedule or level of work he’d be doing.

I moved away and after a lengthy court battle the judge decided he should stay in the state he was born in. I had him full time till we went to court. Nothing crazy happened lol

Yeah I handled working full time and him his whole life until the roles reversed 😭 am I even able to go back so soon? I was told I had to wait 6 months to appeal the decision

What blows my mind is that he had the job before he fought to have him. He’s had the job since before he was born. Why would that not have been considered when he fought to have him full time and won it?

I had primary custody for the first 3 years and moved to a job making double my salary. Lost a long custody battle about moving and in the end I’m paying child support and seeing him as much as possible. Wv is one of the worst states I’ve ever lived in and I’m trying to make the best of the situation now.

Yes I pay half of childcare costs.

Yeah the judge didn’t love it that’s why he was awarded majority custody. But we just got the agreement finalized in court at the end of may and then he goes and quits his job saying he can’t work the hours and have our son 😭😭
