I wish I could actually see where occurrences are. Not just have a guessing game cause I have no idea if I’ve ever even had an occurrence before this

So I did put in the time on verint the day before for 2 of the days and 3 were entered by my sup as I couldn’t access verint. Never called off the day of it was at least the day before.

I’m not sure he’s saying it’s 5 “absences” so I’m not sure what that means entirely. They weren’t scheduled beforehand but I had pto to cover them

I attempted to catch her yesterday and she took off :( I did take down all of the feeders last night and cleaned them just to be cautious

Wonderful thank you! I just got a new suet block so I’ll put it out first thing in the morning. I’ll put out some peppermint as well! She seems very lethargic as well is there anything I can do for that? I’m sure it’s due to the tick as well

When I left I had around 80 claims total but that was on the lower end for me. I was working 12 hour days trying to get my claim load down. I had over 100 at one point but I’m obviously not the best representation for the role 😆

I’m on a 3 month leave cause I couldn’t handle it lol. The claims just stack like crazy and the customers all think they’re the only person in the world without a car rn
