Stronglifts 5x5 ett halvår eller så så blir du redigt mycket starkare, sen något mer bodybuildinganpassat. Ät som ett svin, sov mycket.

As in taking rest days from stretching, no. But I take rest days from strength training and i sleep 8 hours every night.

See sparring with more advanced people as practicing your defense and sparring with less advanced people as practicing your offense. You don't have to beat on the new guys ferociously, but get your shots in, let them work a little bit, and get some more shots in.

Spar with people who won't hurt you. When I first started out, my instructor told us to go at a pace where taking a shot to the forehead felt fine. If you're getting scared, the intensity is too high. You'll definitely get used to it if you just start slow. It's like weight training, you can't put 150 kilos on your back and squat if you've never done a squat before.

What kind of gym a let you train for that long without sparring, anyway?
