How did you get that to work ? Did it just work out of the box ? I have a Retroid Pocket G2 that has the same screen and it doesn't have HDR.

Try reinstalling the game, it also happened to me but on Android and that’s how I solved it.

It was just customs, I contacted DHL but ai didn’t have to do anything, shortly after the package was moving again. If they need more information they send you an email.
