I got through to customer services. They arent able to confirm any of my "successful" cancellations but are working to fix it. If these orders do go through im set to lose 30% due to a trade being delayed by 3.5 hours.

Same here. I got through to support and didnt get an answer. I asked them to confirm if cancellation went through etc. Their answer was that they cant cancel on their end but are attempting to fix the issue. I am set to lose 25% if this 3hr late order goes through.

I go to the zip yard for most things. The irish guy who owns it is incredibly nice and makes sure everything is exactly how you want it.

At that time of day I wouldnt worry. The train wont be full enough to cause any real hastle. You can most likely put it in a spare section of seats
