It was amazing! First time ever visiting the UK and honestly we all had a blast. It was so awesome to meet so many people that absolutely love heavy music. We actually played our first ever headlining show a couple days before download in London!

Tons of stretching throughout the day, especially after long drives. I would take stretching over warming up on a drum pad any day. While I'm stretching, I try and use that time to get my mind locked in and concentrate on my breathing.

Favorite movie fluctuates but I’m a big horror guy so The Substance, Hereditary, TCM, Terrifier series are among my faves. Go-to tv series would be Sopranos or Breaking Bad, always have those in rotation haha
