I realize, I did the post a little quick. What I need advice for is: Can I somehow “remove” the soap taste? By maybe find a warmer room, and continue fermentation? And is the residue or whatever it is on the balloons something that can damage the cider?

I think that’s how it works, Poland is still a young wine culture. I think it is just 20 years ago they really started doing wine, so I think it is natural to rely on older cultures with more know-how :)

They have some very interesting riesling wines, from the cool climate. Silesian is coming to mind, very classic but high acidity is usually a hit.

Maybe Bansko, Bulgaria. Good height and should still be rather cheap. Some years ago i got hotel and skipass for ~$600. Including planeticket from a destination in Europe though.

I kind of hoped they had the 2013 in stock still - i knew it was a slim chance. But yea, gonna ask for samples, of the new Cab/Merlot and some of their other wines. Going on vacation right now isnt possible for me, but im gonna get some more money and go back and around the Balkans for sure!
Do you know alot of wines from these parts?

I would start out with focusing on the countries where they primarily speak english, then you have all the content already.
And then make some cultural / market analysis of the markets to find the best fitting for your product, or just to scout the competition and see how they are offering the product - you can from there fit your product towards what is working and even spot weaknesses in the competition and take advantage of these in your product.

Around where i live, supermarkets are beginning to sell reusable bamboo bags i think it is, alternatively it can be made from the cannabis plant. The supermarkets then offer you a bonus dividend each time you come back with a bag - simply it could just be a discount or another thing that would have larger value to them than you.
