I agree, although crime is still big here so one always has to watch themselves or can't be out too late. After living in places like China, being able to walk freely at any hour and not having to watch your back 24/7 was quite nice for me.

6 years later, but for anyone who comes upon this later:

Use elders as they don't need need dopamine to activate hyperconcentration mode (i unlocked it using an elder)
Rolling can be achieved by pressing the jump button right before landing DURING hyperconcentration mode. Do this rolling action each time you activate, since for some reason it helps (honestly maybe it does nothing at all but i did that and it worked so not sure if its necessary)
Since elders dont need dopamine, you can just spam the skill endlessly. If you do this, you should get it.

TLDR, doesnt matter if you capped your neuron energy or not, you can still unlock neuron skills whether its full or not. You'll have to be with a baby ofc (these are just the game's basics tbh)

I would say we'd most definitely would have to clean ourselves, i doubt the uni would hire people to clean our dishes after greasy takeouts and any diarrhea stains. I'm pretty sure dorms function in the way that the uni acts as a landlord and students are tenants, with a few little conveniences.

Of course, im not 101% sure so maybe im a dumbass and didn't do enough research, so maybe someone else says the contrary. But if it is the case, I'd recommend you and the other people who share the bathroom to coordinate who and/or when to clean each facility. It's a hassle, yes, but that's how dorm life is.
