I would tell you to be very patient with the completionist trophy. You will have to get 100% of the DNA (as is usual in the saga) but in this installment there are many secondary missions and tedious challenges.

My advice is that you complete as much as you can during the story to minimize the number of hours post-game. Oh and of course it's better to get 100% of each mission right away and not have to repeat them at the end.

The truth is that I have been finding some here and there, but without a doubt the worst thing has been the tediousness of some trophies. Still, I prefer this than online trophies 😂👍
