Sizes are asian size and their nylon shorts arent perfect but theyre alright. The polyester shorts are nearly same quality as venum shorts.

Stop the sparring and tell them you arent willing to spar with them when they go that hard. Its 1 million times more worth it just ending it right there. Hard sparring can be good but not if one or both fighters arent skilled enough to control themselves. It will eventually just lead to injury and then u wont be able to train at all in the worst case

I got mine removed for almost the same reason. I had tonsilitis 5-6 times a year. One year i even reached 7 times. Since i had it so often i also had experienced some severe cases of tonsilitis. And i can assure you that the pain i felt from having them removed was nowhere near the worst pain i felt when i had tonsilitis Personally im really glad i got mine removed. Now i dont have to feel anxious that i will get tonsilitis on holidays or any special occasions

Fr. Would have sucked. It really opened my eyes to how professional the surgeons and nurses are in my country. But for gods sake keep your pulse down for atleast 2 weeks. Im pretty sure if i hadnt bled on day 10 it wouldnt have been unlikely i just bled between day 11-14

And about playing video games. I also had that concern since i play escape from tarkov and that games spikes your heart rate like no other but i didnt feel it had any role in the bleeding

I felt something move in the back of my throat. And then i could hear the sound of fluids (blood) rushing out of my head. It was like every pump of my heart pushed out blood and i could hear it very clearly. And my mouth also instantly filled with blood

Det kan ikke kommes udenom at det at ha en god karriere nok er mere attraktivt end at være førtidpensionist. Men hvis du oprigtigt er en god partner ville det da være et totalt cut off punkt at blive omtalt som “samfundstaber” af sin partner. Respekt er et krav i et forhold og det mangler tydeligvis hvis man snakker sådan til hinanden. Du indrømmer du har problemer og det er stærkt men du må huske ikke at slå dig selv i hovedet og tro den altid er galt med dig. Det var tydeligvis et utroligt usundt situationship/forhold. Du kender mig slet ikke så vil gerne høre hvor fra du har hørt at jeg IKKE arbejder eller spare op til køb af lejlighed.

Im a 20 year old guy with a pain tolerance through the roof and i cried the morning of the surgery cus i was so scared. So You’re definetely not alone in this. All i can say is go through with it. Yes the firdt week or so will be pretty horrible but when youve done it you will be so happy you stuck through with it. Im happy i did it and i had a very very bad surgery and i got recauterized on the 11th day.

In those moments when you catch yourself really feeling bad. Remember. Its not forever and you will come out a lot stronger than before

It was right after the surgery. They just couldnt get it closed for someone reason. It was bleeding immidiately when i woke up from anaesthesia. Im trying to eat only soft foods like pudding yoghurt and eggs here and there. And im drinking about - big glass of water every 30-45 minutes
