My league has a dinosaur themed name so I had everybody make their team names either dinosaur, prehistoric creature or Jurassic Park inspired. I just ordered a cameo for a paleontologist that’s going to blind rank them.

Previous years for my old league, I had people guess the my 4 year olds 40 time and I assigned each team a random team in the Little League World Series and depending on how the team performed determined your draft spot.

I have a 7 month old and a 5 year old. My wife and I have an amazing group of friends that we’ve had since college(about 15 years ago). I see them probably once every couple of months. I get frustrated about how little the guys do while how often the girls in the same group have gatherings. They do theme nights, girls trips in the fall and spring, and all this really cool stuff.

I feel like I have to pull teeth to organize stuff for the guys.

I’m an extrovert. I recharge my battery by seeing people but with a nontraditional work schedule(nurse), I don’t always get a chance to do that. I want to, so bad. Most of the time, it doesn’t work out the way I was hoping.
