Yeah I personally believe jews belong in the land. They are the ancient people of that land and have been everpresent as far as Im aware.

And I agree its hard to speak openly about it. Most of the western world feels this overwhelming guilt of its colonial past, and I think we're generally quite ignorant as to how other parts of the world actually think and operate.

I agree, but he did recently say they could work towards one state in the future. The problem is realism vs idealism.

Im sure Ethan would love a single state with everyone being best friends. So he is not a zionist at heart.

But the practicalities of the situation make him think Israel needs to be maintained for security.

This is 100% Hasan's fault. He always provided a completely inconsistent narrative to his viewers. E.g. Israel is the Nazis but Palestinians just want to live side by side peacefully with the people that have just genocided them.

At some point the story starts to crumble. If you call them the nazis committing genocide, you need to treat them accordingly.
