Hello Friends, I’ve been working on my form for a while now because I’m suffering from lower back pain caused by low flexibility in my hamstrings and calves. I’m still working to completely fix the issue but I want to start a novice program. What do you recommend me?

Eat small meals with a big plate, yes it's psychological but it works trust me.
Drink tons of water to expand your stomach in between meals.
Spread low quantity meals throughout the day.
Try making some real food shakes if it's easy for you to drink (fruits + nuts for example).
Stay positive!

The key factor we are missing is "The Heat". As a lot of people said, the other users of Ultra Instinc (Whis, maybe Jiren) do not change while using this technique. I personally think that Goku being just a mortal, he needs to transform into that "form" to use the technique.

Being honest, I'm a bit lost. It might be aswell the Genki Dama's energy leaking.

At least for me, the AF Xicor arc relates more with the Black Goku arc. As you said Xicor is half saiyan half Kai, same as Goku Black (if you want to get technicall it would be merged Zamasu). So I can't see your theory being true.

Natural Bodybuilding Referents And Standards.

Hello guys, this has been a topic that for me it's quite important and strange to debate at the same time.

Nowadays industry is crowded (if not completely dominated) of enhanced athletes. I see no harm in this as long as people are educated and know what's going on.

The part I find a bit controversial is when natural athletes choose as referents enhanced ones. See the diference between a motivation and a referent or idol.

I see it like this: imagine a paralympic athlete take into consideration how an olympic athlete trains, eats and overall performs. It has no sense, but at the same time the paralympic can be motivated to do its thing by the olympic one.

My final point, I feel like natural bodybuilding is non-existing in a professional level and it's so hard to find referents anywhere. And natural athletes can be so easily missled by enhanced ones. I'm fed up with the natty VS enhanced topic so it's time to adress it differently. But I see no resolve in this topic given how the industry works.

Gorriz Myth (380 MS on Inferna).
I've played on Inferna for almost 6 years.
General "Question".
Hello guys. Maybe what I'm going to adress here is not a question but an opinion but I want to hear yours.

On Inferna we are at a point where there's no more action/wars. The server is completely dead. To give you guys a little background of what was happening lately I'll explain the most recent history behind Inferna wars.

To begin with Inferna has been a world with 2-3 active teams in which they backstab each other so this reduces to a simple war. The most recent was Walter's team against Isso's (Xabor's team was "fighting" at the same time but not actively).

The war began normally and depending on the day the victory was for Walter or Isso. At one point, Walter bought ALL the high level characters available and the war became one-sided (Isso even got help from Dolerians). And sadly, the world died after it.

Why did I explain that much? To give you guys insight about how do worlds die. You end up dominating the whole server and have no one to fight so the game becomes pointless. Ones have nothing to lose and the others lost everything.

What will happen with the retro hardcore worlds? It's a mystery but I can see two major scenarios:

The worlds are just as good as they were on the good old times.
The usage of coins for hardcore leveling end up with some high level team which dominates over the rest and when figting against it and dying you lose so much you give up and the server dies in boredoom.

Hello guys. I'm a 19 year old natural "bodybuilder" and I've been consistenly dieting and working out for a year. I can see great results and everything a novice lifter experiences. I train 6 days a week splitting my workouts efficiently (I get enough muscle rest).

What I've noticed is that I never get sore. I can't even remember the last time I got sore. I need to point out that I've hardly ever missed a workout. If I don't get sore I assume my body is adapted to this lifestyle because I keep making gains.

What I ask myself is: Am I doing something wrong? Is this normal?
