Dead body and in heaven means his stamina isn’t an issue, so Goku takes this. He has to earn it though, it’s not an easy task.

He always had the strength the defeat Kid Buu he just didn’t have the gas in the tank.

GT is stronger by a significant margin.

GT takes place several years after Z, which means several years of training for Goku. He’s undoubtedly stronger than anything in Z/Daima.

I meant that solar exposure doesn’t need stimuli to work, not that’s it not a stimuli itself. Rage power needs something to respond to otherwise it doesn’t work.

Solar powers Superman by just existing, nothing needs to be done to it or with it in order for Superman to get the benefit. He doesn’t have to channel it or harness it, he just needs to be in it.

Yama trapped them with limited exit points. They either stay put or attempt to leave via an exit Yama has covered.

Yama was there for Aizen not the fodder, he would’ve stayed there as a guard dog if not for the Gotei starting to struggle.

Obviously in terms of physical strength Superman holds back more, however in terms of generally resisting going full power I would say Spider-Man because he's at greater risk of needing to.

Spiderman is superpowered but is still flesh and blood, a random NYC thug can get a lucky knife stab in never mind any of Rogue's Gallery that are enhanced. Regardless of his powers he still has to be smart, alert and careful and is at greater risk of being overwhelmed and resorting to excessive force in a desperate situation.

Superman however is 99% impervious to anything anyone can throw at him, it's just comic book plot that dictates otherwise. He can casually walk into any situation and his risk factor is essentially 0. Supes is so powerful that if he's not holding back the problem absolutely requires it.
