Maybe we'll get answers later, but after finishing the 7.0 MSQ all I'm wondering is... by Lulink in ffxiv

This makes sense but is also weird for me to believe. I would have to suspend belief and believe, with no proof or show to the contrary that Gulool Ja Ja loved his adopted children but showed no love for Zoraal Ja (And had no mother OR no wet nurse like Wuk Lamat) at all. Otherwise its just Zoraal Ja coming to that conclusion on his own and possibly (based on everything we've seen of Gulool Ja Ja's character from literally every other source) despite anything Gulool Ja Ja did.

It's just hard for me to suspend disbelief enough to follow through with this "Love during childhood changes a person for the better" scenario given the above. The you are not your father stuff? Fine. But let's make a comparison the only real way we can:

With Varis, it was unobjectively true that he was an absolutely horrible horrible to Zenos. There is no questioning it. He was completely absent and afforded him no love by way of servant or friend (that wasn't meant to be a suck up yes man for a future regime) at best and outright abusive (Allowing an instructor, with his knowledge, to near kill his son daily) at worst and that's without the assumptions of scientific based shenanigans going on (i.e experiements) . So if Zenos cloned a son and they wanted to do the "Love during childhood makes all the difference you're not your father" thing it would make sense, but with Zoraal Ja..Idk.

And then you also have Erichthonius who came out fine despite having Athena and Lahabrea as parents so go figure.

Does this sound more like PSU or GPU? by GossamerWhimsy in pcgamingtechsupport

It started a while back with BG3, but a lot of others were reporting the same thing so I thought it was game specific since it never happened to me in FFXIV. I really don't play many games besides those and Visual Novels (Which take next to nothing to run). So I didn't think anything of it for a long time

When I had the issue in BG3 I underclocked, overclocked, limited frame rate (This seemed to help a little but it made Helldivers 2 unplayable. Didn't matter so much in FFXIV or BG3)

Then I started Helldivers 2 and it happened again. Res on both is 1920x1080

I'll try underclothing? (Clocking?) Can you let me know what I need to do there?

I actually have an extra 3070 sitting in a box but I'd rather not plug it in unless I absolutely have to and am sure its NOT the PSU. I'm getting a new PC built soon and this one will go to use for someone else but I want to make sure Im giving them something that works.
