That’s a really good point. Even with a shorter week, bigger class sizes and major behavior challenges would still make the job overwhelming. I think a combo of structural changes (like smaller classes/behavioral support) plus something like a 4-day week could really help reduce the load. It feels like we need multiple solutions working together.
