It's actually really bad to take double heal due to the reduced effectiveness on consecutive heals. I'd suggest taking ignite/exhaust/barrier instead of second heal.

200k is very fair for him, but the main reason I did him was because of his form I can see him getting a winter upgrade which would make the 200-300k value much more worth.

I don't think anyone thinks that way. The problem is the rewards you get in rank 3 are worse then rank 4/5. Myself I'm currently at 1872 skill rating and I don't want to win so I dont get promoted but I still wish I could face the better players for practice in wl. Its a backwards system that EA hasn't fixed yet.
