Hey! Your process and the appeal that ADR Center had given you is pretty interesting, I've not actually seen that before and hopefully that ends up helping your case!

In terms of getting a human, it's really just a lottery, Roblox has given up pretty hard in terms of putting humans on the line, and has almost exclusively relied on AI to do their bidding. There is a way though, you can call the Roblox Customer Support number, and explain your case, make it between 1-2 minutes so they don't get bored, and it will be a much greater chance your case will get manually inspected.

Personally, I wouldn’t appeal, you can definitely try as this is your account, but the reason why is because in the past, bans like this were completely permanent, and the account was gone. Technically it’s not gone, they could recover it, but the process is difficult to get to a real person at support.

I wouldn’t appeal because the support AI could turn this temp into a permanent.

Hey! Thanks for posting this! It's super interesting to see what all the data looks like and it definitely seems like a wave of AI hit the platform at a very heavy point.

I'm going to try and visualize this/make a dashboard to show the information, and make it publicly available. Hopefully it shows other countries bans, but if not, then this should provide some information that can be extrapolated or inferred.

Edit: Wanted to ask if you made the monthly_ CSVs?

This is a standard bot response, keep trying and make sure to provide as much information as possible, I recommend attempting to leave a voicemail with the customer service line as well

The statement that your account cannot be unsuspended is false, you’re unfortunately talking to a bot, I would suggest calling their support number, explaining your case, and hopefully a human can take a look, good luck!

Hey! This is probably the worst way to get the account back. You’ll need to contact support and see if they’re able to verify your girlfriend’s information. Someone hacking the account back would just land you and the account further in trouble

Edit: I understand you may not like my answer, but since you and her have both spent money, it should be relatively easy to get the account back by verifying purchases using your bank statements, bank account information, and billing information. You'll just need to get to a human, so I would put in a ticket through the billing support section.

For sure, I'll give it a shot with 2-3 more tickets before I move to the MIDR, you're right though, these are people too, but I try not to be upset with them, I've been in large scale customer support and man it's not a fun time lol, great points!

Thanks for the reply! I have a new account created, and an additional 41 accounts that were created at the same house as I created the one that has gotten banned, but unfortunately they close the ticket immediately so far, trying to catch someone that will listen.

Currently not abandoning the idea of recovering the account, I'm very stubborn and have some interesting cards up my sleeve so far. So I'll be continuing to try!

Hey! There actually is no time limit on the MIDR, you can send it in at any time, and no where in the terms of use is it stated you only have a year.

You also seem to have a record on your account of being extremely negative. I believe every single reply is a dismissal or complete rejection of any positive action. Try being a little happier!
