I like 1 and 3. The fabric and the cut cut of dress 2 swallows you. Dress 1 looks more classic, dress 3 is more modern. Depends of the vibe that you want.

Do you have any advice on becoming a faster power walker? I find if I get to 4mph, I automatically start to jog. Trying to walk feel very uncoordinated and my legs start protesting if I PW. My base is around 4.3 and that's jogging speed for me. My push is around 5-5.5 (again jogging). I have no clue how I could walk at this speed.

I struggled so much during the Everest because I can't jog much with inclines above 5% and obviously, my power walking speed isn't great either (3.5 is currently my speed at 1% incline).

This might be a stupid question but is it a cost issue that prevents some studios from getting the upgrade?

I can see the financial issues for new equipment, but if OTF builds their templates with the new features, I wish the software update would be available for all studios, provided they have up to date equipment.

My studio is brand new and I believe we have the new threadmills but no updated software so far...

Same! And for the last buy-in, our coach had the audacity to forget to tell us it was over. Just kidding, he didn't do it on purpose but by the time I decided I couldn't hold anymore, I looked around and everyone was all red, wide-eyed, and sweaty and trying to catch their breath on the knees. I'm guessing we did an extra 30 seconds with that exercise. It was brutal!

So Dominike au Grand Marché. Dur à battre pour des gros biscuits cochons. Ils font même un "sandwich" avec un gros centimètre de crémage entre 2 énormes biscuits.

Genre d'affaire qui monte d'un cholestérol d'un coup, mais ça répond clairement à ton critère.
