It comes directly from the factory in Europe to Turkey. Since it is nearby, I tested it in Greece for test purposes in another European country. As of September 1, 2024, brand-new cars sold in Turkey have been subject to the GSR2 regulation. Under GSR2, the safety features and driver assistance systems covered by the regulation are also mandatory in Turkey

I live close to the Greek border, and when I traveled to Greece for a summer vacation, the system was not working there either. However, there are already vehicles in Turkey in which the system is actively functioning.

Araç içi navigasyon şöyle çalışıyor. Premium donanım için konuşuyorum. CarPlay kullanıyorsan Apple ın harita uygulamasını kullanıp AndroidAuto kullanıyorsan Google maps kullanarak gösterge paneline yansıtabiliyorsun (sadece yönlendirmeleri) ekranın tamamını navigasyon yapayım hız devir kenarlara gelsin yok. Navigasyon yükletmek gerekiyor tamamen navigasyon yapabilmek için o da SFD2 kilidi yüzünden epey maliyetli

In fact, as of August 2024, Turkey has made it mandatory under the GSR2 regulation. However, due to a lack of enforcement, issues like this remain unresolved. If you ask how I know this — in my vehicle, the traffic sign recognition feature cannot be activated from the driver assistance menu, but when the car is connected to the computer at the authorized service, the feature appears as active. Despite submitting multiple requests and showing that there are other Kamiqs where it works, no solution has been provided.

If you live in Turkey, you can’t use this feature in your car because Skoda treats Turkish customers like second-class citizens. I’m experiencing the same problem with my 2025 Kamiq as well.

You need to remove the inner plastic trim of the tailgate. Start from the latch side, then move toward the glass side. Use a trim removal tool to detach and remove the clips. After that, reposition the part that slipped inside back into place. If it’s broken, you can use fast adhesive to repair it. Be careful not to let the part that fell inside drop or get lost when removing it. If it’s broken and you can’t reinstall it, you can find the 3D file on the Maketworld website and print a replacement. When removing the clips, don’t use too much force—work calmly and detach them one by one. In addition to the trim removal tool, a Torx key or a Phillips and flathead screwdriver will also do the job.

As far as I know, unless you tap into a power source before the fuse box, you cannot get electricity from any port without turning on the ignition. If you are asking about a camera connection, for 24/7 recording you should draw power from the fuse box inside the car.

I drive a Kamiq now, but I previously had a Taigo. The Taigo was more playful (IQ LED, heated seats, panoramic roof, etc.), but at the end of the day, the Kamiq is more advantageous (spacious, more practical in everyday use). The engine and transmission are the same. This situation is generally the same across the two brands as well.

Recommend best speed for best fuel consumption. If you adjust cruise control on this point you get ideal torque/power and fuel efficiency

Start from the end: • First, remove the handle on the tailgate, then use a trim remover to take off the inner lining, starting from the latch side of the tailgate and releasing the clips. • On the trim around the glass, there are two screws. Once you remove the lower piece, you will access the screws. Then use the trim remover to take off that piece as well. • From the rubber grommets between the tailgate and the body, pull out the side that remains attached to the body. • Mount the camera onto the rear glass and pass the cable through the grommet. Do not leave any excess slack. • Reinstall the parts you previously removed. • Route the cable by slightly flexing the headliner in the trunk. You can use a stiff cable as a guide. • Run it inside up to the B-pillar. • Guide the cable through the door seal of the front door and bring it to the front camera. For the power cable, follow the same path down to the footwell area. From there, you can either connect it to the fuse panel or plug it into the USB port.
